Security

Reform includes a built-in password security function to allow a total control over Reform usage. Each form can be individually password protected in two ways:

1. Protect the form from an unauthorized modification
2. Protect the form from an unauthorized printing

Each Reform template can have unique setting.

Enter password - If password exists, next time a user try to edit the format they will be prompted for a password.

Password on Printing - If this box is enabled each time the format is used the Reform spooler will request a password before printing.
