Linked Images / Graphics

Reform has an built in Dynamic image function. This function can reference text on your forms to an image in the Reform image directory to be place on you Reform output.

How it works
When your generated form is produced from your application system Reform will reformat the output per the Reform format. During the reformatting process the information that is specified in the format using the image referencing function will be inserted as an image in the format. The image corresponds to the information generated from the your application . 

Image scenario
A order agent receives a request from a client for a quote on a few products. The product items are Color page works CF30, Color Page Works PS & the Color Page Works N. The order agent prints out the quote they normally do and they are done. Reform will capture the quote automatically, the new print-out now includes pictures of the three printer not just the names. The user had the pictures located in the Reform image directory to allow Reform to put it all together. The Reform template has the e-mail sending assigned as the output device. The newly enhance quote is e-mail through the Internet automatically, all this is done by the order agent printing as they normally do!! 

Graphics can be link to a word or sentence in the Text Layer. Bellow are example of way to incorporate graphics images into your forms.
