E-mail

Reform has a built in e-mail system that can deliver the output in a form of graphic, jpeg format.

Requirement:
- A standard POP3 e-mail service.

How it all works:
Reform can retrieve an e-mail address in 2 ways:
1. From the text file itself. If the e-mail address is on the information sent from your application (accounting, form generation system etc.), it can be read by using a special field called e-mail-to field on the text layer.
2. From the lookup database. The e-mail address can be looked up using the information sent from your application (accounting, form generation system etc.). Reform provides a lookup database that can store all your clients information. This provides an convenient way to retrieve a neccessary  information needed to automate the e-mail and fax procesing. For example, if the contact name of your client (can be any field you pick) appears on the information sent by your application, Reform can use it to look up his/her the e-mail address and send the printout accordingly.

To activate E-mail function:

1.) In the text layer > Special fields > Include e-mail field crop the email name.
Exceptions
a.) If e-mail address does not appear in the text layer, Reform will do a lookup using it's built in database as long as the Include company lookup field is cropped.
b.) If the sender address will always be the same, click on design layer Special fields > Include e-mail field click the right mouse button on the red field the says E-mail field click edit field and enter destination e-mail address.

1.) From Reform editor go to File > Page Setup and check the send to and verify that Transport type is E-mail.
